From now on when you need to buy stuff under 10 pounds all you have to do it touch your card to a reader and walk away. It’s like the oyster card but only this time your in a coffee shop and standing a long queue with angry customers behind you. Don’t have wait and look for change or wait your chip and pin card accept your payment, touch and walk away.
How will this change our attitude towards shopping. For anything under 10 pounds, it going to begin to look cheap and you might end up with hundreds and hundreds of 10 pound bills on the floor of your house and hair on fire. Yup, since its so easy to do it, people will tend to touch their card for every small expense and for every small unnecessary thing that will keep adding up to an enormous bill that were not keeping track of.
