Kinect For Your OS – How Cool Is That?

Microsoft is the only service provider in the market which offers an operating system which will recognize the words – Diesel Huddersfield and will search the internet for this term automatically. However, Microsoft is not satisfied with offering just voice recognition technology. The word in the market is that Microsoft is incorporating Kinect into its latest operating system.

As you would know, Kinect is an object and motion recognition technology which will help you control your computer through gestures. This technology made a big splash when it was introduced for the Xbox. Of course, this technology is not completely devoid of chinks and complications. However, the potential that this technology shows is as good as the latest developments made by Google and Apple in the world of technology.

Incorporating this into the operating system means that it will suddenly become accessible to each and every person who has a computer. The next time you want the computer to understand what you are saying, you just have to threaten to give it a punch and things that should get back to normal. You can job a bit to convince the computer that it ought to work a lot faster.

Jokes apart, we may finally reach the level of technology that was earlier seen in sci-fi movies alone. One just hopes that Microsoft does not mess it up or does not charge too high a price tag making it impossible for the average computer user to enjoy. One just hopes Kinect works with the PC.
